Personal Training - Selected, qualified trainers are granted a licence to offer personal training to those members who require that extra personal supervision. These trainers are self-employed and all fees are paid direct to the trainer
Fitness Instructor Training - The Armoury also offers members one-to-one Fitness Instructor Training (F.I.T.) with our own qualified staff for as little as £12 per hour. Further information can be obtained from reception
Free Induction
If you are new to a gym or require further guidance, free introductions are available throughout the day. These can be booked via reception
